WHY ASK FOR A RENOVATION AND DECORATION BOOK?

We take care of your project as a whole, exchange on your desires, your problems during as many interviews as necessary to understand your expectations and anticipate your needs.

STEPS:

1. PRELIMINARY DRAFT
In order to know the main lines of your project as well as your tastes (colors, styles, materials etc), we ask you to answer a short questionnaire (by mail or by telephone appointment).

2. FIRST APPOINTMENT
We schedule an appointment during which we start by making an inventory of the existing (strengths & constraints of your space).
Then we collect all of your needs. It’s a moment of listening, of taking notes. We ask you questions to refine the specifications. We take the time to answer all your questions.
In order to better target your tastes, we show you a Moodboard (see the examples below) made with the questionnaire sent upstream. Thus, we determine a style and an atmosphere. We can realize a fast space planning of your room which will allow you to understand the organization of the elements of the project  (circulations, scenario of use, balance of volumes, composition of lighting …), and anticipate the layout of the furniture and its size.
We look for furniture references in the catalogs, choose the colors of the walls thanks to the various color charts and wallpaper samples, and select the different materials. We also give you all the decorating tips to personalize your interior. The idea is that you can take a strong, relevant bias to give meaning and body to your project. Our team pays special attention to light. All lighting is designed to draw spaces and create an obvious atmosphere. We can also provide you with a budget estimation.

3. THE BOOK CREATION
By choosing this service you have as many interviews as necessary before the delivery of the Book. At each stage of progress, we submit proposals that meet your expectations.

4. THE BOOK DELIVERY
A final file of the project is shared with you.

DELIVERABLES (À LA CARTE)

• A Moodboard which defines the general atmosphere of the project (style of decoration, colors, materials, etc.)
• A plan of the projected state integrating the furniture in order to better understand the organization of the elements with respect to each other in a given space (circulations, usage scenario, volume balance, composition of lighting …), anticipate the layout of the furniture and its size.
• A shopping board on which we select the parts that best match your furniture search, you just have to choose.
• A 3D perspective view or a sketch in color that will allow you to project more easily to the final state of the project.
• A detailed shopping list with references, quantity, price of each item offered and the overall cost that meets your budget. We can also take care of the purchases of furniture and the decoration after validation of the Book Deco. This option allows you to benefit from great discounts thanks to our numerous partnerships.
